MEMBERSHIP

There are several types of membership at NACC.  Each of these memberships are highlighted below for your review and examination.

Volunteer Membership -- No Charge
Must be employed in a call center in a management position to take advantage of this membership.
Deliverables:  The deliverables for the volunteeer membership are identical to the deliverables for the individual membership below.  Rather than paying the $399 individual membership fee, volunteeer members agree to participate in NACC research via the completion of periodic surveys.  The NACC promises to limit the time required to participate in the surveys to no more than 30 minutes per year.  Membership remains valid as long as the volunteer member continues to participate in the surveys.

Individual Membership -- $399
Must be employed by a call center to take advantage of this membership.
Deliverables:  Periodic research reports with a focus on the state of the industry, emerging technologies and market forecasts, accessible via the website.  Tap into the collective experience and knowledge of the NACC membership through conference calls and e-mail inquiries as requested throughout the year.  Advisory services on operational, technological, market and supplier questions and issues.  Access to the NACC job board in order to post available positions in your contact center.

Corporate Sponsorship -- $8,750
This membership is for companies that want continuous exposure to a large number (16,000+ and growing) of contact center professionals that have a relationship with the NACC.  This membership is also designed for companies with a need for reliable and accurate strategic industry information conducted and presented under rigorous academic research standards.
Deliverables:  Access to reports and research notes on the NACC website via secure log-in.  Company logo and URL to be placed on all NACC reports published during the year. Participation in member conference calls and e-mail discussions.  Mention during the quarterly forum conference calls.  Company logo and URL to be placed on all NACC website pages.

Sponsor Membership -- $25,000
This membership is for companies that want continuous exposure to a large number (48,000+ and growing) of contact center professionals that have a relationship with the NACC.  This membership is also designed for companies with a need for reliable and accurate strategic industry information conducted and presented under rigorous academic research standards.  Deliverables:  Company logo and brief description on a dedicated NACC Sponsor webpage.  Company logo placed at the bottom of every NACC "In Queue" newsletter (12 issues a year) (circulation ~17,000).  Opportunity to write four essays in the "In Queue" newsletter during a 12-month period (circulation ~17,000).  Access to reports and research notes on the NACC website via secure log-in.  Company logo and URL to be placed at the end of the six or more NACC reports on the Thank You page distributed each year. Participation in member conference calls and e-mail discussions.  Company logo and URL to be placed on all NACC website pages.  Company logo and URL to be placed on all 12 In Queue newsletters published during the year.
