Manager Membership

  A Manager Membership is for those persons who are in control of day-to-day operations of call centers of various sizes and need regular and reliable tactical reports on how to improve operations within a call center environment. These persons have responsibility over human resources and information technology within their center and seek out timely and reliable information to make immediate changes within their call centers in a short period of time. Managers seek out information that can be read with relative ease and can be applied within the center in short order. The focus on the tactical and pragmatic is of the essence. The NACC produces university-based tactical reports for managers allowing them to make well-informed local decisions on how to operate the center utilizing the best practices in the industry.


CIAC Certification
As a CIAC Association Partner, NACC supports the work of the Call Center Industry Advisory Council (CIAC). Discounted pricing for industry-sanctioned CIAC Leadership and Management Certification is available to NACC members and their organizations.
