MEMBERSHIP

There are several types of membership in the National Association of Call Centers. Each of these memberships are highlighted below for your review and examination

Individual Membership -- $500

Must be employed by a call center to take advantage of this membership.

Deliverables:

  1. Minimum six (6) reports a year to include: quarterly state of the industry reports, annual summary state of the industry report, and Year-end market summary and look ahead report. Additional bonus reports as they come available.
  2. Quarterly forum Conference calls with topics changing throughout the year.
  3. Advisory services on operational, technological, market and supplier questions and issues.

Corporate Sponsorship - $8,750

This membership is for companies that want continuous exposure to a large number (48,000+ and growing) of contact center professionals that have a relationship with the NACC.  This membership is also designed for companies with a need for reliable and accurate strategic industry information conducted and presented under rigorous academic research standards.

Deliverables:

  1. Receive minimum six (6) reports a year to include: quarterly state of the industry reports, annual summary state of the industry report, and Year-end market summary and look ahead report. Additional bonus reports as they come available.
  2. Company logo and URL to be placed at the end of the six or more NACC reports on the Thank You page distributed each year.
  3. Participation in the quarterly forum conference calls with topics changing throughout the year.
  4. Mention during the quarterly forum conference calls.
  5. Company logo and URL to be placed on a dedicated NACC Corporate Member page.

Sponsor Membership - $25,000

This membership is for companies that want continuous exposure to a large number (48,000+ and growing) of contact center professionals that have a relationship with the NACC.  This membership is also designed for companies with a need for reliable and accurate strategic industry information conducted and presented under rigorous academic research standards.

Deliverables:

  1. Company logo and brief description on a dedicated NACC Sponsor webpage
  2. Company logo placed at the bottom of every NACC "In Queue" newsletter (25 issues a year) (circulation ~53,000).
  3. Access to write two essays in the "In Queue" newsletter during a 12-month period (circulation ~53,000).
  4. Receive minimum six (6) reports a year to include: quarterly state of the industry reports, annual summary state of the industry report, and Year-end market summary and look ahead report. Additional bonus reports as they come available.
  5. Company logo and URL to be placed at the end of the six or more NACC reports on the Thank You page distributed each year.
  6. Participation in the quarterly forum conference calls with topics changing throughout the year.
  7. Sponsor of the quarterly forum conference calls.
  8. Inquires about call center products and services to the NACC will be forwarded to sponsor members as appropriate.
