Vendor Membership

  A Vendor Membership is for those organizations or companies that sell to and service the call center industry. These companies require regular and reliable information on the tactical and strategic trends within the call center industry to be sure that they are meeting the needs of the industry. These companies have a vested interest to keep on the cutting-edge of trends within the call center industry as part of their business. Access to decision-makers with purchasing power is a must. The NACC produces university-based strategic and tactical reports for vendors and service providers to allow them to succeed more in their own business and to be sure that the competition does not get ahead of them. Reliable data is particularly acute in an industry where solid and reliable data is often hard to find.

Additional Memberships and Certifications
NACC Memberships

  • NACC strategic executive membership at $2,250 each, or $2,000 for 10 or more persons
  • NACC tactical manager membership at $450 each, or $400 for 10 or more persons

CIAC Certification

  • CIAC-Certified Strategic Leader Package at $1,495 each, or $1,395 for 10 or more persons
  • CIAC-Certified Operations Manager Package at $1,495 each, or $1,395 for 10 or more persons
  • CIAC-Certified Management Apprentice Package at $1,095, or $1,045 for 10 or more persons
