Executive Membership

  An Executive Membership is for those persons who need regular and reliable information on the strategic trends within the call center industry. These persons have higher purchasing authority than traditional call center managers and corresponding responsibilities over multiple call centers and possibly over multiple other functions within an organization as well. These executives seek timely and reliable information to make strategic business decisions about their call centers and their business position vis-à-vis other organizations and industries. The NACC produces university-based strategic quarterly State of the Industry Reports for executives to allow them to make the best informed decision possible within an industry where solid data is often hard to find.

CIAC Certification
